As a scientist and MD doctor, I actually found this book to make more sense than any other medical or non medical explanation of thyroid and other issues. However, even when following the protocols in the book there are questions that arise, for example which supplements to take. He gives a long list of many supplements. It is impossible to take all of them but it is difficult to pinpoint the exact etiology of disease and therefore hone in on the proper supplements and doses. This is where you need the medium's help, but he is not available to help. I applied as a practitioner over a year ago to learn about the protocols and how to treat and received an email that I would be contacted, but still have not been contacted. Yet, I have been contacted numerous times requesting me to write a book review to help others. I would be happy to write a positive review if Anthony would actually give some more specific direction to me, as a practitioner. It is disappointing that he wants my time to write a review but has yet to guide me on the details of his protocols to get positive outcomes.
